Questions, answered.

Membership, booking, access, guests, kids, food, tech and opening, all in one place.

Membership

Is the $180 membership really unlimited?

Yes. Whether you pay $180 a month or $1,800 a year, your membership includes simulator access with no additional hourly bay fees. Reserve and use available simulator time as often as you like, subject to booking policies and availability.

Is there an annual membership option?

Yes. You can pay $1,800 once a year instead of $180 a month. That's equivalent to $150 a month and saves $360 compared with paying monthly for a full year. It's the same unlimited membership, just paid annually.

How is a Flex Pass different from a membership?

A membership is unlimited play for $180 a month or $1,800 a year. Members can book up to 14 days out, hold two active reservations and book up to three hours per reservation. A Flex Pass is prepaid simulator time, 10 hours for $399 or 20 hours for $749, good for 24 months. Flex Pass holders can book up to 72 hours out, hold one active reservation and book up to two hours per reservation.

Does my membership guarantee a specific tee time?

No. Membership provides access to available reservations but does not guarantee a particular bay, day or time. That's one reason membership is capped at 90, just 30 per bay, to keep booking availability strong.

How many members will Summit Golf Lab have?

Membership is capped at 90 total. With three simulator bays, that's only 30 memberships per bay. The cap is intentional so members can actually use the facility.

Is there a contract?

The planned standard membership is month-to-month at $180 a month. You can also pay $1,800 annually, which is equivalent to $150 a month. Either way, you'll receive and accept the full Membership Agreement, billing terms, cancellation terms, Facility Rules and liability waiver before activating a paid membership.

How do I cancel?

Once memberships are live, cancellation instructions will be available through the membership system. Cancelling stops future charges per the Membership Agreement, and access continues through the period you've already paid for.

When does membership billing begin?

Joining the waitlist does not start billing. Your first charge, $180 for monthly or $1,800 for annual, begins when you enroll through Golf918, after we invite you to join.

How do I become a member?

1. Join the waitlist. It's free, with no payment or commitment. 2. Receive an invitation when the facility is ready and a membership is available. 3. Enroll through Golf918: select the $180/month or $1,800/year membership, add your payment information and complete the Membership Agreement, Facility Rules acknowledgment and liability waiver. Your first charge begins at enrollment. 4. Schedule an optional in-person orientation if you'd like one. 5. Your member access activates once enrollment and required documents are complete.

Do I need an orientation before I can play?

No. An in-person orientation is optional and isn't required to activate access. Members can schedule one directly with Summit Golf Lab for help with facility entry, booking, simulator operation, safety and guest requirements.

Does the waitlist guarantee me a membership?

No. Joining doesn't activate a membership or require payment. Memberships are offered as availability allows as we approach opening.

Booking and access

How does booking work?

Members reserve bays online up to 14 days in advance, can hold up to two active reservations at a time, and can book up to three hours per reservation. Flex Pass holders follow separate rules: book up to 72 hours in advance, hold one active reservation at a time, and book up to two hours per reservation.

What are the Flex Pass booking rules?

Flex Pass reservations can be booked up to 72 hours in advance. You can hold one active reservation at a time, and each reservation can be up to two hours. These rules are separate from unlimited membership booking, which allows a 14-day window, two active reservations and up to three hours each.

Is Summit Golf Lab open 24/7?

Once the facility opens, active members have 24/7 access. It's designed as a primarily self-service facility, so staff may not always be on site.

How do I get in?

After booking, you'll receive access information for our electronic entry system. Credentials are personal and may not be shared.

Is it staffed?

Summit Golf Lab is a primarily self-service, 24/7 member facility. Staff may be available at certain times, but don't expect an employee during every reservation.

What if equipment isn't working?

Stop using the affected equipment and report it. We'll address equipment issues as quickly as reasonably possible.

Are there security cameras?

Yes. Video surveillance may be used in and around the facility for safety, security and access verification. Never in restrooms or other private areas.

Guests, kids and the rules

Can I bring a guest?

Yes. Guests are $15 per guest, per visit, during your reserved session. You must stay with your guests, and they may need to complete a liability waiver.

Can my guest use the lab without me?

No. Guest access is tied to an active member's reservation, and the member must be present.

Can children use Summit Golf Lab?

Yes, when supervised by a responsible adult and in line with the Facility Rules. A parent or guardian may need to sign a participation waiver. Children may not be left unattended.

Do I need my own clubs?

Members and guests are encouraged to bring their own clubs. Any club or equipment options will be communicated separately.

Are food and drinks allowed?

Food and non-alcoholic drinks may be allowed in designated areas, always kept away from computers and simulator equipment.

Is alcohol allowed?

The final alcohol policy will be shared before opening and will follow Colorado and local requirements. Nobody may use the facility unsafely while impaired.

Tech and opening

What simulator technology do you use?

Every bay runs the Uneekor EYE XO launch monitor and GSPro simulation software, for detailed ball and club data plus realistic rounds on a huge course library.

What data will I see?

Depending on the mode and shot: ball speed, club speed, launch angle, spin, club path, face angle, carry distance, dispersion, and shot history and consistency data.

Can I play full rounds?

Absolutely. GSPro lets you play realistic virtual rounds, plus practice, club gapping and shot analysis.

Is it only for experienced golfers?

No. It's built for every skill level, from a casual round with friends to golfers chasing detailed data.

When is Summit Golf Lab opening?

We're targeting a fall 2026 opening in Elizabeth, Colorado. Waitlist members will get updates on the official opening date and membership activation.
